Key notes

What to take away.

  1. 01
    Connection is why we're here

Feeling connected is what gives our lives purpose and meaning.

  2. 02
Shame is the fear of disconnection

It's the worry that something about us makes us unworthy of connection, and it grows when we don't talk about it.

  3. 03
    Worthiness makes the difference

People with a strong sense of love and belonging simply believe they are worthy of it.

  4. 04
    Courage, compassion, connection

Wholehearted people have the courage to be imperfect, are kind to themselves first, and let go of who they think they should be.

  5. 05
You can't numb only the bad

When we numb vulnerability, grief or fear, we also numb joy, gratitude and happiness.

  6. 06
    Believe you are enough

Let yourself be seen, love with your whole heart, practise gratitude, and start from "I'm enough".
