One tap a day
Yes/no habits, counts like glasses of water, minutes of reading, or limits like screen time.
Honest numbers
Only scheduled days count. Rest days and breaks never show up as failures.
Easy to restart
Pause, adjust or use a smaller “minimum version” on hard days. Your history stays.
How it works
Three small steps
Choose a habit
Make your own, or start from a ready-made idea. Pick when it's due: every day, chosen days, a few times a week, or every few days.
Check in with one tap
Tick it off, add a glass of water or ten minutes of reading, or log your screen time against a limit you set.
See honest progress
Only the days a habit is due count, and today is never a miss until it's over. Your numbers are always real, like 18 of 24.
Made for real life
Kind on hard days
A minimum version
Set a smaller version for busy days, like one page instead of a chapter, and choose whether it counts as done.
Pause, don't reset
Away or unwell? Pause a habit. Paused days never count against you, and nothing resets.
Forgiving streaks
Turn on grace days if you like: one or two a week keep your streak going after a single miss.
Gentle reminders
Reminders are off until you set one. Choose a time and get a browser notification, a short email, or both.
Goals and a weekly review
Group habits under a goal, then look back each week: what went well, and what you'll change.
Your data is yours
Download your history as a spreadsheet or a full backup whenever you like.

Questions
Good to know.
Is the habit tracker free?
Yes. The habit tracker and your account are free. There's no subscription and you don't need a card.
Do I need an account?
No. You can try it without one, and your habits are saved in that browser. Create a free account to keep them on any device. When you sign in, you can bring the habits you already started with you.
Does it work on my phone and laptop?
Yes. It's a habit tracker website, so it works in the web browser on a phone, laptop or PC, with nothing to download. Your habits follow your account to every device, and you can add it to your home screen.
How many habits can I track?
Up to 50 at once. Archive a habit you no longer need to make room for a new one. We suggest starting with one or two.
How do I use a habit tracker?
Pick one small habit and choose the days it's due. Tick it off when you do it. Once a week, look at your progress and make the habit smaller if it feels too big.
Do habit trackers work?
They can help. Seeing your days marked makes a habit easier to remember and to keep going. They work best when the habit is small and a missed day doesn't make you quit. That's why this tracker has a minimum version, pauses and grace days.
What should I track?
Start with one small thing you already want to do, like drinking water, reading or a short walk. Use the ideas on this page, or browse the ready-made habits.
What happens if I miss a day?
The day shows as missed and that streak starts again, but your longest streak is always kept and nothing else resets. If you simply forgot to log it, you can add the check-in to a past day.
Can I track things like water or screen time?
Yes. A habit can be a simple yes or no, a count (like glasses of water), time (like minutes of reading) or a limit (like social media under an hour). Counts and time can also have a weekly total, like 150 minutes of exercise a week.
Will it send me reminders?
Only if you want them. Set a time on any habit and get a browser notification, an email, or both. Reminders never go out on rest days or once the habit is done, and email is never more than three a day.
